So I finished this last weekend, took it to my local powdercoater, who gives hella discounts for using whatever color they happen to be running. Look what color they ran yesterday. HAH!

Yessir CRUDE!!
I have regular spool type front stand as well as a headlift style stand. I made this not sure if it was going to be mounted in my trailer or used loose on the ground at the track. Still up in the air. Looking for rubber tube caps right now, going to hit Menards / Lowes tonight in search of. I have some really big shrink wrap for repair of weld lead, that is my backup plan.

Thanks Dave, Rook, & CRUDE!!
The powdercoater said it was an old Chevy green from the late 60's early 70's...some hot rod models.
Sheer dumb luck they were running that color. Made me happy!

I found plastic tube caps at Home Depot in the furniture hardware area. They sell the plug type end caps and the kind that fit around the OD of the tube.
